Each Lot is required to install and maintain stormwater quality treatment and detention devices in accordance with the endorsed Lot-Scale Stormwater Management Plan. The stormwater quality treatment and detention devices are to be maintained for the life of the development in accordance with the maintenance provisions of the endorsed Lot-Scale Stormwater Management Plan.
