RAL23/0065 - Infrastructure Agreement
The following notation applies to all approved Lots:
The lots approved by RAL23/0065 are subject to an Infrastructure Agreement and have been approved in accordance with the Chargeable Lot Plan which identifies each approved lot by reference to the following defined terms in the Palmview Structure Plan Area Infrastructure Agreement 2010 (Consolidation No 2):
(a) Chargeable Lot;
(b)Development Lot;
(c)Developed Lot;
(d)Developable Lot.
No further material change of use of premises for additional dwellings can occur on site without a change to this approval and the provision of any required additional financial contributions in accordance with the Palmview Structure Plan Area Infrastructure Agreement 2010 (Consolidation No 2).
The following property notes will be placed against the subject property in council's property record system:

RAL22/0139 - Plan of Development
1. The following notation applies to all approved Lots.
To ensure the amenity of this Lot and its neighbours is maintained, all building work must be sited and constructed in accordance with the approved Plan of Development applying to the Lot (refer to Council Approval RAL22/0139). The private certifier must satisfy itself that the proposed building work complies with both the planning scheme and the approved Plan of Development.
The following property notes will be placed against the subject property in Council's property record system:
RAL21/0055- Infrastructure Agreement
The following notation applies to the parent property:
An Infrastructure Agreement has been signed which relates to Lot 1 of this Approval, which at the date of this Approval includes the Palmview Structure Plan Area Infrastructure Agreement 2010 (Consolidation No 2).
RAL21/0055 - Flood Immunity
The following notation applies to approved lot 2:
Any future dwelling constructed on lot 2 must:
(a) Be sited adjacent to the south-west corner of the lot, within the 'building envelope' area marked on the approved plan
(b) Ensure that the finished floor level of all habitable rooms is at least 500mm higher than the peak flood level associated with the 'Defined Flood Event'.
RAL21/0055 - Extractive Resources
The following notation applies to approved lot 2:
Lot 2 is identified as an Extractive Resources Area including a Resource/processing area and a Separation Area. Any future development on the approved lot must ensure the future use is compatible with the use of land in a Key Resource Area for an extractive industry.
RAL20/0025 - Plan of Development
The following notation applies to all approved Lots.
To ensure the amenity of this Lot and its neighbours is maintained, all building work must be sited and constructed in accordance with the approved Plan of Development applying to the Lot (refer to Council Approval RAL20/0025). The private certifier must satisfy itself that the proposed building work complies with both the planning scheme and the approved Plan of Development.72-12
